Never Again: "Iran eyes badges for Jews"

Via Allahpundit at Hot Air, the Iranian government plans to make Jews and Christians wear badges.

Sound familiar?

And by the way, when people said "Never Again" after the Holocaust, this is the kind of thing they wanted us to prevent. Just a reminder for those who didn't quite catch the gist of it.

UPDATE: The National Post has published a story that backs away from the report linked above. The new story has many complicated details, the sum of which amount to a retraction of the statement that a new law will require religious minorities in Iran to wear an identifying mark. The truth apparently ranges from the policy being a proposal, an idea thrown around in committee, a portion of the law awaiting signature, and a real law that is being minimized by the Iranian government so that they might avoid a backlash. I report, the National Post can't decide.
