Ken Lay Laid To Waste By Heart Failure

Two plausible leads to the news of Ken Lay's demise:

God smites Ken Lay, who died today of a massive heart attack, impoverished and unloved and awaiting a sentence that would have likely imprisoned him for the rest of his life.

Alternatively:

Ken Lay gets away with his crimes, avoiding what would effectively be a life sentence by arranging to die peacefully in his luxurious Aspen, Colorado vacation home.

I think this is one of those glass-half-empty/glass-half-full debates.
