Though Israel has been scrupulous about restricting its military campaign to Hezbollah controlled areas, the effects of its blockade are slowly press the rest of Lebanon. Restaurants are running out of supplies, and the country is about to run out of fuel.
The cabinet members of the legitimate Somali government have decided that when facing Islamofascism, flight is the better part of valor. The rapid collapse of the Somali government leaves the Muslim courts in control of most of the country.
The 20-year-old granddaughter of the New York state Senate Majority Leader had been missing for nearly a week, but called home to her mother on Tuesday. The next day, it was announced that she had come under the influence of mysterious figure named John Savage, and travelled with him to New York City. She is now in a treatment facility for substance abuse and anorexia.
